On the dyno we tune it to your engine, on the track to you. The Carrot box is the tool, the tuning is our craft.
Carrot develops the ECU and the software. We are a Carrot partner in Germany and a workshop: we advise you, fit the box and tune it to your engine and to you.
This is our own analysis. Every session turns into curves: rpm, throttle, mixture, ignition, injection. That shows us what your engine and you really do on the track.
After every step we compare the new map with the old one. Each cell shows where we went richer or leaner and where everything stayed as it was.
So every change is documented, and the way back is always there.

Carrot ECU instead of the stock unit, with our base map for your model and the state of your engine.

Stage 2
Your bike on our Dynostar in Polkern. We tune the map to your engine and measure before and after.
Carrot recommends the dyno too: same conditions, precise readings, the load can be held.

Our own development
With our self-developed Blackbox we access your ECU remotely and tune your map to your bike, your riding style and the conditions on site. For the first start-up, after an engine rebuild or before a race abroad.
We promise our part and back it up. Every map version is archived, the way back is always there. Every session is logged, and you see what we changed and why.
We don’t promise your lap time. That comes from you, your bike, your team and us. We are part of it, never the whole.
